Well, fall is upon us in more ways than one…the weather is definitely changing, the plants are starting to die back, and school is finally in session. This year, both of my babies are in school all week…which means there’s no excuse for a dirty house and unfinished laundry…right? Ha! No, what it does mean is that I have more time to focus on my passion…photography!! Since I broke my foot and have been put in a cast, I have been going stir crazy…I need to be able to walk and right now, it’s a hobble on crutches. Although, today I was told that I use my crutches and my one leg together as a tripod! Lol! They have become my stabilizers. 🙂 Despite being less mobile than normal, I have been able to capture some beautiful moments. One of those times was during Hannah’s senior portraits session.
Hannah is a senior at Winston Churchill High School, home of the Lancers. She has a pair of the most amazing eyes. Beautiful and sweet. I hope your year brings you much joy and growth as you prepare to enter “the real world”. And a huge thank you goes out to Annie, Hannah’s mom, for being my assistant today! You definitely made my job much easier. Oh, and I just realized that this young lady was born when I graduated from high school…oh my goodness, I’m getting old!!
Here are my favorites of this gorgeous teen.
Great work Kim! I absolutely love this session! I love the shots of her in the water! Those are so pretty!

Wow! These are stunning! How can you choose a favorite? What a photogenic young woman! I do like the black and white ones in the cowboy hat. And the fence post ones. And the water ones. And the second to the last. And how her eyes look so blue in the last one. Nice work!
The pictures are wonderful, and they seem to capture a lot of what is great about Hannah. Very sweet indeed.
I like the photo with Hannah in her pretty dress and hands behind her back smiling best. And the one by the post with her arms crossed, smiling. PLEASE send some of the shots to an agent! She needs to be modeling…
Oh my gosh! these are amazing. my daughter looks fabulous. my favorites are the fence post shot and the second to last one. Wow.
I am so pleaased!
Oh I LOVE THEM! REALLY LOVE THEM! The lighting is beautiful and the ones in the water are gorg! Great work!
As always Kim, you did an amazing job! The last 2 are my favorite photos, something about the blue in the dress and her eyes tie it all together!
