Oregon Lifestyle Wedding & Portrait Photographer | Family Session | The R's

Personal style…that’s what I’m trying to figure out. Lately, I find myself trying on different clothes that are typically not me. I just got my hair weaved…so not me, but I think it’s starting to grow on me. And as always, I’m figuring out how I like to process my images. I follow a lot of photographers’ blogs all over the nation, some I love more than others just because of how they process their images. There are so many different ways to process an image and the great thing about being the “artist” is that I get to play around with the “look” of my work as much as I want. So, with this session (taken back when the weather was still nice and warm…oh how I miss those days), I played around with a different look and also with different finishing touches. Let me know your thoughts!

Such a sweet little family. Josh is a talented musician. Julia and I go way back…way before children, way before husbands, way before we were old…actually, Julia’s not old at all; I am!! 😉 I thoroughly enjoyed this day with them.
