So, I’ve known Elise for quite some time now. She’s been coming to our church, helping with the younger kids, and participating in our plays among other things for a few years now…and I have to admit that I’ve never really talked with her much. Shame on me. Well, we finally got to spend some time together and it was wonderful. Elise has this natural beauty and strength that becomes apparent in every image. It was a beautiful fall day and we wanted to capture the colors before it would all vanish….I think we accomplished that! I loved the easy styles Elise chose as her wardrobe. Scarfs are always a wonderful accessories to any outfit, especially for pictures! Here are my favs from the session.
Aren’t her eyes amazing? Just gorgeous!
My favorite of the favs! There’s just something about this image…je ne sais quoi…serene, tranquil moment? Must be.
Okay, there’s also something else I wanted to talk about with this session. I shot these images with both the Nikon D700 and the Canon 5DMII…can you tell which image was shot with which?
I’m thinking the top three frames (with blue scarves) are Canon and the frame of her sitting on the bench plus the next two (with purple sweater) are Nikon? But, it’s also the lens combo on the body, too, that we’d have to consider.
Kim – you aren’t switching to be a Cannon girl are you?? And I want to know which one’s were Cannon and which were Nikon! : )
